Labor & Industry Museum Membership Application

Though museum admission and tours are free to everyone, we would appreciate your help in supporting the Labor
& Industry Museum’s commitment to preserving the history of the labor and industry movement in Southwestern
Illinois. All contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Membership (and any of its benefits)
are good for one year, commencing January 1st of each year. Memberships received in November and December
